What's a Kissing Dinner?
A Kissing Dinner is a special event designed for 8-10 people to share delicious, freshly prepared food, while also sharing meaningful stories that begin with a kiss.

where people are invited to share a delicious meal and stories of kisses that are meaningful for them. From the romantic to the familial. The concept was created by Carolyn Defrin & Abigail Boucher, founders of Kissing Project, who use storytelling to bring people together to support of a mission of: More love, less hate.

A Kissing Dinner is a special dinner party with a theme, and the theme is human connection. The dinners usually involved a small group of people (8-10 max), so that everyone has a chance to share at least one story.

The story sharing is facilitated playfully, casually and easily by the project's founders, who host the evening along with a collaborating chef, to create an evening of delicious food and
​
With the guests' permission, the stories shared throughout the evening are audio-recorded and added to Kissing Project's growing online story archive. These stories also inspire new artworks (such as theatre and installations).
Carolyn & Abigail have been hosting Kissing Dinners since 2015 in person and virtually. The vibe is warm is convivial. People who'd never met till they sit down together at our table leave with new friends and the memories of new kisses
